IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

• A signature is required upon the receipt of the shipment.
• We insure all packages in transit from NIFTEE to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage. Once the package has been signed for, it is no longer insured by NIFTEE.
• We ship with Speedex to the UAE, Middle East and worldwide.
• Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. NIFTEE is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
• We are offering our customers the Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) system, which means that you will be charged at checkout for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty and tax costs will be invoiced to you directly by the courier company respectively (depending on the region your shipping address is in) upon delivery or an import broker appointed by you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Please note, that we can only exchange items for a different size and only within a 14 day time frame after you have received your goods.
• Personalized items such as cashmere blankets and shawls are un-returnable.
• Items must be returned new, unused, undamaged & with all the garment tags attached.
• All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched.
• Extra care should be taken when trying on garment to reduce the risk of make-up transfers onto the clothing.
• We recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
• To exchange, mail orders@niftee.ae within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the original item ordered for free. You will need to specify the size required when requesting your email to orders@niftee.ae. When exchanging for a completely new item, you will need to return it and place a new order.
